The Hong Kong Arts Festival and Hong Kong Sinfonietta are pleased to announce that the concert Inspired by Beethoven - Hong Kong Sinfonietta‧Eroica will be presented in the Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall as scheduled on Sunday, 28 March 2021 at 8:00pm. Tickets will be available at URBTIX from 10:00am on Wednesday, 3 March 2021. Violist Adrien La Marca will replace cellist Edgar Moreau as the soloist. La Marca will also collaborate with the orchestra’s Principal Guest Conductor Christoph Poppen in performing another concert on Saturday, 27 March 2021.
Since being named New Soloist of the Year at France’s Victoires de la musique classique in 2014, Adrien La Marca has performed at the world’s most prestigious venues, such as the Paris Philharmonie, London Wigmore Hall, Amsterdam Concertgebouw and the Berlin Konzerthaus, impressing audiences with his range of expression, technical mastery and compelling stage presence.

Following the latest government information regarding the reopening of performance venues, the Hong Kong Arts Festival and Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra are pleased to announce that the Festival Opening: Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra — Music about China will be presented in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall as scheduled on 27 February 2021 (Saturday) at 8:00pm. Tickets will be available at URBTIX from 10:00am on 20 February 2021 (Saturday). Audience are advised to observe closely the admission arrangements for performance venues.
The programme will also be available to view live for free on the HKAF website upon registration.
